Enquiry before agreement

The enquiry form is a request to discuss a rebuild, not a quotation or order. It makes no automated package recommendation. We review the existing website and confirm scope, payment terms and the agreed production window in writing before work begins.

The published offer

Core is £1,495, or £1,395 paid fully upfront. The standard split is £750 before production and £745 before launch/handover. Lite is £995, with £500 before production and £495 before launch/handover.

Core covers up to five core pages within an agreed responsive rebuild, copy editing, a quote/contact flow, proof presentation, mobile and performance work, basic technical/on-page SEO setup and deployment assistance. Larger sites and advanced integrations need separate scoping. VAT status and treatment must be confirmed by the owner before publication; this draft makes no tax claim.

When 72 hours starts

The 72-hour production window starts only after the Kickoff Pack, required assets, required payment stage and required access are complete. It covers the first launch-ready version within the agreed scope. It does not start at the first enquiry or bypass your approval.

Briefing, feedback and handover are written and asynchronous. No meetings are required.

Review and handover

The agreed rebuild includes two revision rounds within scope and a 30-day defect-fix period. New functionality or pages are agreed separately. Hosting accounts and recurring provider fees remain the client’s responsibility; deployment assistance is included.

The delivered implementation is supplied with a written handover. Third-party software, fonts, images and hosting remain subject to their own licence and account terms. Clients must have permission to supply and use their content and proof.

Honest expectations

Enquiries, revenue and search rankings are not guaranteed. The service covers the agreed design, implementation and related work, rather than a guaranteed commercial result.

Ridge & Row is a fictional concept, not commissioned client work. Its generated concept images and provenance are identified on the concept page.

Before these terms are published

The legal contracting party, postal address, country of establishment, VAT status and governing law/jurisdiction remain unresolved. Cancellation, termination and any other contract-specific provisions must be reviewed with the final written agreement. This draft does not remove any rights that applicable law gives you.
