What you send us

The two-screen enquiry form requires your main website issue, current website URL and business email. Your name, extra context and detail for “Other” are optional. It does not ask for a phone number, business name, page count, package, budget, readiness or preferred timing.

Please keep your answers relevant to the project. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

What it is used for

The purpose is to assess the project scope and respond to your enquiry in writing. Submitting an enquiry is not a marketing opt-in. A person reviews the existing website before replying with a next step; the form does not recommend a package or calculate a price.

The final notice must confirm the lawful basis for handling enquiries, pre-contract steps and any subsequent records before deployment. No unverified legal basis is asserted in this review draft.

Where the brief goes

The website sends the brief to its server-side enquiry endpoint, which stores it in Supabase. Browser visitors do not receive database credentials or direct database write access. The quote-flow demonstration is separate: its choices stay in the current page and are not submitted.

Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. The owner must confirm the production providers, processing locations and any international-transfer arrangements before publication.

Keeping and deleting information

No fixed retention period has been supplied. The owner must approve a retention period or clear criteria linked to enquiry handling, any resulting project and applicable recordkeeping duties before this notice is published. The current implementation does not promise automatic deletion on an invented schedule.

Your choices and rights

Contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Other rights, including restriction, objection or portability, may apply depending on the circumstances and lawful basis. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. The final notice must identify the controller and its postal contact.

Cookies and tracking

This build adds no analytics or advertising trackers, and the form does not persist answers to browser storage. See the Cookies notice for the implemented behaviour and remaining hosting check.

Contact
